Maurice Roberge
Maurice graduated from the University of Saskatchewean in 1984 with both an Arts and Education degree. After teaching for 3 and a half years he entered into the financial services industry at a local insurance brokerage firm. He worked directly with clients until 2000 doing one on one personal planning work. He completed the education component of the Certified Financial Planner’s course in 2007.
In 2000 Maurice moved to a different planner’s office in the city. He took over more administration work, and was the marketing director there until 2009.
Maurice’s career took another change as a result of the untimely death of the planner he had worked with. This led to his move over to Wiegers Financial in March of 2010. His current role is to aid in the transition of a block of business into the Wiegers Financial group.
Maurice has been married to his wife Lois since 1991. Together they have 3 beautiful daughters.
Maurice has been involved in coaching fastpitch in the city for the last 10 years, as well as serving on the Zone 1 Executive for the last 6 years. He enjoys spending family time at the lake, as well as golfing and fishing.
